





Tom Staudle is a performing songwriter living near the Adirondack Mountains. He writes originals in Acoustic and Blues-style and also performs cover songs; all that range from serious to fun to current to reminiscent as he invites his listeners to reflect on the world around them.
With awards for Best Folk Lyrics for the Capital District Original Music Awards, 2018; Dorn Space Arts Center Breakthrough Artist of the Year, 2021 and Outstanding Americana Artist, 2023; Listen Up Awards Favorite Solo Male Artist, 2025, he is also a nominee for The Thomas Edison Music Awards (The Eddies), at Proctors Theater in 2023.
He is a grant recipient of Saratoga Arts for Individual Artists, 2024, and his songs are in rotation on WEXT Radio and streaming, Albany/Troy, NY, and on the Top Songs of 2021 List, WEXT-FM, two songs at Number 6 and Number 45.
Tom also performs in a duo with Cosby Gibson (Cosby Gibson & Tom Staudle). They have been performing for fifteen years, and tour both regionally and nationally. Together they play originals and favorites with a variety of instruments They are recipients of Dorn Space Arts Center Award for Music Outreach in 2019, and Listen Up Awards for Favorite Folk Duo in 2025; Saratoga Arts Mini-grant, 2024, and Saratoga Arts Community Grant, 2025.
Tom's additional pursuits include community volunteer work, at the local food pantry and playing music at nursing homes and senior centers.
